- Incidental maintenance requirements
- Preventative maintenance requirements
- Budgeting and variance information
- Consultancy information
- The perusal and authorisation of accounts for payment.
- The compilation of minutes required for the purposes of keeping proper records of meetings.
- Compilation and distribution of agenda and other documentation in anticipation of meetings.
- The refund of tenant deposits where they are due.
- Ensuring that building staff perform their duties in accordance with their respective appointments and that such building staff are correctly remunerated.
- The advancing of income due to stakeholders in accordance with board mandates.
- The periodic checking of disbursement and rent roll statements to ensure that income and expenditure have been correctly apportioned.
- The inception, monitoring and control of legal actions undertaken by clients in respect of their managed buildings.
- Ensuring that the correct procedures are followed in respect of the take-on and termination of managed buildings.
- Adherence to the divisional systems manual.
