Our Budgets function includes the following:

  • Conducting market research to predict income and expenditure.
  • Compile and implement budgets.
  • The inspection of units, buildings and properties and the inspection of lease and contract documentation so as to ascertain and project income and expenditure.
  • Conducting market investigations and research so as to predict income and expenditure during the period under preparation.
  • Consulting and regular liaison with stakeholders regarding the compilation and implementation of budgets.
  • The correct and timeous formulation and submission of budgets.
  • The periodic amendment of working budgets.
  • Ensuring that the correct allocation of income and expenses has been made within the ledger accounting system, where applicable.
  • Ensuring that financial reporting statements are correctly and timeously produced and distributed.
  • The co-ordination of internal and external audits, as necessary.
  • Adherence to the divisional systems manual.
